How to use:
Fenugreek is most widely used in Indian cuisine, though it’s also found in North African and Middle Eastern dishes. The ground seeds are often used in curry powder, spices blends, dry rubs, and tea blends. Add a pinch of Fenugreek powder to any curries, cooked greens, or sauce to bring out the flavour of the dishes.
Specific: Not for use in pregnancy except under the supervision of a qualified healthcare practitioner.
